Backups ransomware can't touch
Immutable, geo-distributed backup storage with verifiable data integrity — and zero egress fees when disaster strikes and you need to restore.
1 TB free for 30 days · No credit card required · No egress fees
Resilience built into the storage layer
Immutable backups
Object lock prevents ransomware from encrypting or deleting your backups. Set retention policies that no credential — not even root — can override.
Verifiable data integrity
Every backup is sealed and verifiable. Detect corruption or tampering before you need to restore — not after.
Geo-distributed redundancy
Data is distributed across independent storage providers globally. No single datacenter failure can compromise your recovery.
Point-in-time recovery
Versioned buckets let you restore any object to any point in time. Recover from accidental deletion or malicious modification in seconds.
No egress on restores
A disaster is bad enough. Don't pay per-GB egress fees every time you restore. Fil One never charges for data transfer.
Compliance-ready
Immutability, encryption at rest, and verifiable audit trails support SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements. Certifications in progress.
Every recovery scenario, covered
Ransomware recovery
Immutable object lock means your backups can't be encrypted or deleted by an attacker who gains access to your infrastructure. Restore clean copies with confidence.
Database & VM backup
Works with Veeam, Commvault, Nakivo, and any backup tool with S3-compatible target support. No agent to install, no proprietary lock-in.
Compliance archiving
Write-once, read-many (WORM) storage with tamper-evident audit logs. Satisfy regulatory retention requirements without expensive tape infrastructure.
Disaster recovery
Multi-region redundancy with no egress on failover. Define your RTO and RPO, test your plan quarterly, and pay nothing when you actually need it.
Frequently asked questions
Each dataset is assigned a unique digital fingerprint (CID) at upload, creating a verifiable record of its contents. The system then automatically checks your data on a recurring basis (about every 24 hours) to confirm that the data still matches that original fingerprint, ensuring nothing has been altered.
Fil One is optimized for large-scale storage needs, including AI and data-intensive workloads, multi-cloud strategies, audit-sensitive data, and long-term retention.
Fil One uses industry-standard encryption with per-object data encryption keys, ensuring your data is protected regardless of which provider it's stored with. We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications — if you'd like to be notified when those are finalized or have other questions about security, reach out to our team directly at security@fil.one.
After you create an account and provision your first bucket, migrating to Fil One is straightforward with our S3-compatible interface. You can integrate directly into your codebase using any S3-compatible SDK, or use the AWS CLI to migrate your data with a single command.
For enterprise teams who want more hands-on support during migration, our team is available to walk you through every step. Reach out at sales@fil.one, and we'll make sure the transition is seamless.
